The boat was clean and in good shape, actually, but it felt kind of cramped and wasn’t the most comfortable overall

I went out with Kraken Charters and overall the trip was fine, but I wouldn’t say it totally lived up to what was implied beforehand. They kind of made it sound like everything would be top-notch, but the rods and reels were just okay, and some of the gear looked worn out and scattered around. Nothing was bad enough to ruin the day, but for the price, I expected cleaner, newer equipment instead of vague promises that didn’t really match the experience.

The trip was fine overall, but it wasn’t really what we were expecting. The boat itself was okay, but the communication leading up to the day was slow, and things felt a little unorganized once we got there. The crew was nice enough, but they seemed kind of rushed and not really that engaged. For the price, I just thought the whole experience would feel a lot smoother. We still had some decent time out on the water, but I probably wouldn’t book it again.

Overall, the trip was fine and nothing major went wrong, but I did leave feeling like the captain and crew could have handled things in a more professional way.

They seemed a little rushed, and when people asked questions, the answers weren’t always very clear. One crew member was genuinely friendly, which I appreciated, but the others mostly kept to themselves and kind of gave off the vibe that we were bothering them.

For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of attitude, communication, and overall hospitality. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but i’d probably look at a different charter next time.

I tried reaching out to Kraken Charters a few times before my trip with just a couple of basic questions. I sent an email and never got a response, and when I called, the phone would just ring and ring. It was SO frustrating.
When I finally did get a short reply, it didn’t really answer what I had asked. It felt like they barely read my message, which made the whole thing even more annoying.

Customer service was just way too slow and not helpful when I actually needed it. After paying for the trip, I expected a lot better than that.

The booking process was messy, and communication wasn’t great. Replies came way too late, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was really disappointed with my experience. The weather got bad, and when I asked about rescheduling, they wouldn’t work with me at all. From my perspective, a little flexibility would’ve made a big difference.
